  • Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your session is due to start.

  • Please can people go quickly to the salt rooms and not congregate in the reception and locker areas. This is due to the fact that the salt rooms are sterile due to the antibacterial properties of the salt in the air.

  • There will be reduced numbers in the adult and children’s room.

  • There will no longer be the use of the lockers, so please can you only bring the minimum.

  • Material tote bags will be permitted in the room but still following a policy of no food or drink.

  • If you or anyone in your household have any COVID 19 symptoms (new persistent cough, high temperature etc) please cancel your appointment and follow government guidelines of isolation.

A polite notice, As salt therapy, encourages a cough to remove stubborn phlegm and mucus off peoples chest and a lot of people who attend suffer from conditions which a cough is often common. Please do not make anyone feel uncomfortable about this and if you have any concerns speak to a member of staff.

    Kind regards
